Cancellation Policy: All requests for refunds must be acknowledged in writing no later than September 30, 2018. Refunds received prior to September 30 will be processed within 30 days of written acknowledgment.There is a $25 processing fee for each refund.
Cancellations after September 30, 2018, will not be refunded, no exceptions, including credit card charge-backs. Forfeited fees cannot be applied to future meetings and requests for transfer of registration will not be accepted.
Name Badge Policy: Please note there is a $100 replacement fee for lost name badges.
