Financial Services: Women at the Top

WIFS surveyed 800 women in the financial services industry to answer the question: Why do some women achieve major success in the industry and others do not?

The results were compiled and analyzed and turned into the book Financial Services: Women at the Top — A WIFS Research Study.

The book highlights 23 successful, dynamic women in the industry. Each one shares openly about what attracted her to the business, how she developed her practice, what she learned along the way, and how she has created a life that blends family, community service and a fulfilling career.

Aimed at both men and women, Financial Services: Women at the Top is changing how managers build a culture to encourage successful careers for women.
