Time: 2:00pm EST
Speaker: Stephen Fredlund
Topic: Moving from Transactional to Transformational Collaboration

You offer products & services your client needs… And they have resources you need to build your business. This creates a wonderful symbiotic, transactional relationship opportunity. You help your client recognize and fill their need; and if you handle yourself professionally, your client will speak well of you when they are asked.

But how great would it be if that client started telling people about you even when they were not asked? What if they become your champion; a volunteer member of your salesforce? There are many training opportunities that discuss how to make this happen; but in this session, we look specifically at how moving from transactional to transformational collaboration can significantly increase your growth and success.

But here’s the twist… Most people realize quickly when they are just being used for your financial gain. Your goal should not be to make them champions; this is a symptom of the deeper root traits of trust and ownership. Therefore, your goal is building trust and ownership, which is precisely what is accomplished through transformational collaboration.

In this session, we discuss the power of transformational collaboration and how to generate it authentically.
