The American College has set a goal to double the number of African American Advisors by 2027. Since WIFS currently is positioned to support female African American Advisors through our programming, networking and mentorship program, we will be providing assistance to TAC to help them achieve their goal. This includes WIFS receiving direct access to the new talent pool that registers for industry-specific courses and scholarship opportunities to help attract, develop and advance the female African American Advisors of tomorrow.
There is an increasing need to provide support for veterans as they transition to civilian life. WIFS will be attending The American College Center for Veterans Affairs Clambake to explore opportunities to open doors to female military, promote the career opportunity and invite veterans to join WIFS.
Leadership Development is a critical need. GAMA, The American College & WIFS are laying groundwork to develop and deliver a joint collaborative and educational event focused on developing female leaders. Stay tuned for more details on this partner event!
