Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS) was founded in 1936 and is an association of financial services professionals working together to attract, develop and advance women. We champion career opportunities, provide professional development and represent women's interests to the profession. Membership is comprised of industry leaders, client facing and allied professionals who benefit from National and local chapter services. Members benefit from monthly educational webinars on a variety of business and professional development topics, a mentorship program, and peer connection. More than three-quarters of 1,000+ members have 10+ years of business experience and earn $75K or more annually. Regional Chapters are active across the continental US and Alaska.

Each year, WIFS hosts a national conference featuring personal and professional development workshops, along with well-known industry speakers.
